The idea is to give you the freedom to choose exactly the services you want for your system.
How Does NTD Athenet Charge for Its Co-Located Plans?
Our plans are based on either a server or rack. A server is defined as a standard PC Server tower. A rack is a standard data rack including 2 posts and 4 shelves.
Do I Provide My Own Hardware?
Yes. While we do not rent or lease equipment, this service is available from area hardware dealers and many manufacturers. What Support Does NTD Athenet Provide if I Do Not Purchase any Administrative Services?
If you do not purchase additional administrative support services, NTD Athenet will support only your connection to the Internet. NTD Athenet will not support any hardware or software issues with your co-located server unless specifically contracted in advance.
What Options Are Available to All Servers?
NTD Athenet has a wide variety of options available to all co-located servers. These include adding extra box space, renting a full rack or setting up media backup. You completely control FTP to your own server. Backups are stored offsite. Contact us for more details.
